We provide landlords with a fully managed, low-risk leasing solution where you receive guaranteed, on-time rent and avoid all administration, tenant management and day-to-day property issues.We sign a commercial lease (erhvervslejekontrakt) and operate the apartment professionally.

How the Model Works

If the apartment has four rooms, it houses four residents.

We conduct full ID verification, employment or student-status checks, and require all residents to sign our internal house rules.
If an issue arises, we handle it directly — the landlord never has to deal with tenants.
In rare cases, we can replace a problematic resident within 24–72 hours. -

We operate under standard residential rules, and all residents are registered at the address as normal.
